The Daily Script for June 27th 2016

1. The state of Nevada and the city of Las Vegas would have to fork over $750 million dollar in order to build a new stadium for the Raiders. That’s not going to happen. Raiders owners Mark Davis would have a better chance of being abducted by aliens before that happened.
2. Of course Calvin Johnson is at peace with his decision to retire. His body feels good and he walk again on Monday morning. I don’t think that the average fan knows the physical toll the game of football takes the players. They have no freakin clue!

3. It’s about time Johnny Manziel’s dad spoke out regarding his son. I’m not quite sure why he waited this long but his statement was long over due. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Football should be the last thing on Manziel’s mind. He needs help.

4. I can’t imagine any organization in the NFL is taking former NBA point guard Nate Robinson serious when he says he wants to play in the NFL. He’s too old for the NBA nevermind the NFL.

5. Colts owner Jim Irsay should stop spending money on Prince’s old guitars and pay Andrew Luck! It’s going to cost Irsay a good chunk of change to keep his franchise quarterback.
