The Derby Red Raiders have officially named Stone Belzo as the program’s next head football coach.
The announcement was made on Friday. Derby is seeking its first winning season in over a decade. Superintendent Matt Conway welcomed Belzo to the Red Raider family, highlighting a hire that brings both youthful energy and a pedigree rooted in a deep football lineage to the Naugatuck Valley League.
