Tom Brady Needs to Accept His Punishment and Move On

Tom Brady needs a reality check. He is not going to beat the NFL in court. It’s not going to happen. He should just accept the 2nd U.S Circuit Court’s decision to deny his appeal and move on.

The only other recourse Brady has is to appeal to the United States Supreme Court. Brady’s attorneys can request a stay on the suspension. Ironically enough, Trump basher Ruth Bader Ginsberg would decide on a stay on Brady’s suspension. Talk about irony.

Brady needs should accept the punishment and put an end to this saga. Appealing to the Supreme Court would be a monumental waste of timed or every one involved.

As I’ve said many times before. Brady is innocent in New England’s court of public opinion but he’s guilty in the national court of public opinion. Regardless of what Brady does moving forward, that’s not going to change.

I know Brady is a proud man and I don’t blame him for fighting to clear his name, but at some point, you need to face reality. You are not going to win. Brady needs to serve his suspension and go on with the rest of the career.

Losing is a bitter pill to swallow especially for a competitor like Brady. Unfortunately for him, this is a game he can’t win. He should just move on.
