The biggest story of this past weekend was UMass snapping their 16 game losing streak by beating UConn 27-13. It was a much needed win for both the program and for head coach Walt Bell. The Colonial Athletic Association announced yesterday that they are canceling the fall sports season. They are joining the Ivy League, Patriot League and MEAC as the latest conference to cancel their football season. The CAA consists of 10 member schools in eight states.
