I wasn’t originally going to do a scouting report on Fields because I didn’t think the Patriots were going to be in position to draft him. Well, that is still the case but Josh McDaniels and Dave Ziegler did attend his second workout today and their is growing speculation that New England is strongly entertaining a move up.
