As we enter October, the stakes are higher for the 17 Division One teams in New England. These who have bowl aspirations, need to start playing better. Specifically Boston College.

UMass needs to be competitive never mind get a win. UConn must show more consistency. Harvard, Yale and Dartmouth have tough road games this week.
