Roger Goodell made $32 million dollars in 2015. That’s right! $32 million. NFL owners must love wasting money. 

I’ve never understood why commissioners in any of the four major sports make so much money. I get that they are the face of the league but a clown like Goodell isn’t worth $1 million dollars a year nevermind $32 million a year!

I get that the league is making money hand over fist and that Goodell plays a big role in that. Goodell has also embarrassed the league the last two years with some of his decision making. 

If the owners had any balls, they would slash his pay in half based on incompetence. They don’t see the incompetence however and that’s why generations of Goodell’s are set for life. 

Sports is nothing more than a good ol boy network. The NFL is a prime example of that. As long as Goodell keeps bringing in $10-$13 billion dollars a year in revenue, the owners will continue to pay him.

Face it football fans. We’re stuck with Goodell. He’s not going anywhere. At least not as long as he keeps stuffing the coffers of NFL owners anyway. Goody is going to be around for a long time. Sorry Patriots fans.
