Rivers is a must start at quarterback this week.
It’s week four in the world of fantasy football. Here is who you should start and sit for this week.
Start Em!
1. Phillip Rivers, QB, Chargers: Rivers has a juicy match up against a banged 49ers defense that has struggled thus far this season. They just simply can’t match with the Chargers offense which makes Rivers a must play.
2. Andy Dalton, QB, Bengals: The Falcons defense is missing Deion Jones and Keanu Neal. It is has been a struggle for Atlanta’s secondary without them. Dalton is poised to have a big day. Especially if he can get A.J Green involved early.
3. Gio Bernard, RB, Bengals: The Falcons have allowed the most receptions to running backs in the NFL thus far this season. That alone makes Bernard a must start this week.
4. Kenyan Drake, RB, Dolphins: The Patriots have had a hard time stopping the run thus far this season. Drake has struggled thus far but this could be a breakout game for him. If nothing else, start him at the flex.
5. Will Fuller, WR, Texans: As long as Fuller and Deshaun Watson are healthy, they are both must starts. The two have great chemistry and a prime match up against the Colts makes Fuller an even more attractive start candidate.
Sit Em
1. Carson Wentz, QB, Eagles: The Eagles are keeping the training wheels on until Wentz proves he’s full healthy. A match up against the blitz happy Titans makes Wentz a risky play.
2. Derrick Henry, RB, Titans: The carries are there but the production is not. Henry has struggled thus far this and has not scored many fantasy points. A match up against the Eagles defense doesn’t help.
3. Marquise Goodwin, WR, 49ers: Goodwin’s fantasy value took a hit when Jimmy Garoppolo went down with an injury last week. It might never recover.
4. Larry Fitzgerald, WR, Cardinals: Fitz is reliving 2016 statistically and it is not good for his owners. Especially those that are starting him and lack receiver depth. With Fitzgerald injured and playing with a rookie quarterback, I’d stay away.
5. George Kittle, TE, 49ers: Maybe Kittle will become C.J Beathard’s security blanket but it won’t this week against a tough Chargers defense that gets consistent pressure on the quarterback and can cover.
