Brad Marchand “nose” he’s been a difference maker for the Bruins this season. 

1. So much for the Bruins not being able to beat quality Western Conference teams huh? They crushed Dallas! What made the win even more impressive was the fact that they came from behind. 

2. The Celtics did the right thing releasing David Lee. Now he actually has a chance to play in Dallas.

3. I say this every year but remember when the Daytona 500 mattered? The Super Bowl of stock car racing has lost its luster. 

4. Pablo Sandoval showed up to Red Sox spring training this morning and guess what? He’s still overweight. If he’s lost weight, then he had to be well over 260 last season. 

5. MLB should suspend Aroldis Chapman. Not now, but during the regular season. Suspend him when it counts! Don’t be a wuss Manfred! Do the right thing! 

6. LSU wunderkind Ben Simmons didn’t start yesterday due to academic reasons. Why do 90% of top prospects in pro sports have to be slapdicks? Seriously. I know they are talented but give me a freakin break! There is more to life than just the sport you are playing!

7.  The NHL Stadium Series is cool but again, I don’t get as excited for these outdoor games like I used to. Been there, done that. The outdoor game has lost its luster.
