Heisman front runner Lamar Jackson is ready to make a statement against Clemson. By John Sarianides #1 Alabama (-29) vs. Colorado State: Former Georgia coach Mike Bobo knows Alabama well but it isn’t going to matter. The Tide is rolling and they should cover as a home favorite. #3 Oklahoma (-34.5) vs. Tulane: Baker Mayfield and company look hungry and ready to prove that they are a legit national title contender. Urban Meyer will have plenty of questions to answer after Ohio State’s loss to Oklahoma. By John Sarianides Ten thoughts from the week that was in college football.. 1.Oklahoma is a legit national title contender. New coach Lincoln Riley isn’t like his predecessor Bob Stoops who was conservative during games. He will open it up offensively and push the envelope. 2.I hate to say it Buckeyes fans, but your team…

A night that was supposed to be a celebration of all things Patriots and the first step on the road to another coronation took a dark and unexpected turn as the Kansas City Chiefs curb-stomped the consensus Super Bowl favorites 42-27, outscoring New England 21-0 in the fourth quarter. Dorsett was the Colts 2015 first round pick. Apparently Brissett was never in the Patriots future plans. He was drafted as Jimmy Garoppolo’s back up last season while Tom Brady was suspended for the first four games. That is what…
