Some real changes after this weekend’s semifinals. More on the way, and the battle for No. 1 going forward could go a number of different directions.
We leaned toward teams that made it to this weekend’s round.

Week 12 MIAA Top 25
1. Catholic Memorial (10-1) — John DiBiaso will be in his 23rd Super Bowl. That’s . . . a whole heckuva lot.
2. King Philip (11-0) — Such a physical team every year.
3. Needham (11-0) — This senior group is truly special.
4. Xaverian (8-3) — Coach Al Fornaro has done an excellent job with this team.
5. Scituate (11-0) — Defense did its job Saturday.
6. St. John’s Prep (9-2) — Can concentrate fully on Xaverian.
7. BC High (8-2) — Focused on CM now.
8. Springfield Central (8-2) — Still a strong season.
9. Duxbury (10-1) — Fun T-day game with Marshfield next.
10. Marshfield (9-2) — Topped by KP two years in a row.
11. Fairhaven (10-1) — Justin Marques a historically-good career.
12. Hudson (11-0) — Super consistent.
13. Shawsheen (11-0) — Has rolled through this season.
14. Foxboro (8-3) — Early struggles a distant memory.
15. North Attleboro (9-2) — They can walk to Gillette it’s so close.
16. Mansfield (8-3) — Foxboro on T-day a fun one.
17. Grafton (10-1) — Gators played well all season.
18. Reading (10-1) — Rockets with a great, bounce-back season.
19. Methuen (8-2) — Establishing itself as a power in the MVC.
20. Natick (8-2) — Solid year throughout.
21. Leominster (8-2) — Will take on struggling Fitchburg on T-day.
22. Central Catholic (6-4) — A bit of a young team this year.
23. Wellesley (8-3) — Wants to put a blemish on Needham’s dream seeason.
24. Uxbridge (11-0) — Just wins.
25. Mashpee (9-2) — Falcons held on to beat Clinton.
