When you think of the San Francisco Giants, you think of pitching and defense. They are not known for their power but yesterday, what ever power they do have was on full display in Milwaukee against the Brewers. Denard Span, Joe Panik and Buster Posey went back to back to back in the eighth inning of the Giants 12-3 win. Its only the third time in baseball history in which a team went back to back to back on opening day. Ironcially enough, Bruce Bochy managed one of the other teams to do it, the 97 Padres. The 48 Red Sox also accomplished the feat. By the way, its an even year. Does that mean the Giants will win their fourth title in six years? Possibly.
