The Daily Script for September 6th 2016

Josh Sitton might not be sticking it to the Packers but the Bears are. 

1. What a weekend for college football. Great games, shootouts, upsets. You name it, we had it. I know I’m bias, but is there a better team sport than college football? I don’t think so.

2. Josh Sitton is right. He didn’t sign with the Bears to stick it to the Packers. The Bears signed Sitton to stick it to the Packers.

3. Eagles quarterback Chase Daniel admitted yesterday that he was a little disappointed not being named the Eagles starting quarterback. Is he serious? Today’s athlete is truly clueless.

4. Seahawks corner Jeremy Lane reiterated yesterday that he plans on continuing to sit out the national anthem. At this point, we should just ignore the Kaepernick Kopycats as I call them.

5. Speaking of Kap. Sales of his jersey have skyrocketed in recent weeks. I’m not surprised. We live in bandwagon society. People don’t care about the player. They care about the “message”
