The Patriots have made Kyle Dugger an offer

  According to sources, the Patriots have made free agent safety Kyle Dugger an offer. Earlier this week, Patriots Director of Scouting Eliot Wolf expressed an interest in retaining both Dugger and free agent offensive tackle Michael Onwenu. Patriots projected to have additional cap space thanks to $30 million dollar bump

The NFL announced that the salary cap will go up by roughly $30 million dollars for the 2024 season. The cap will now be $255,400,000. That means the Patriots will have more money to spend.
