STORRS, CT- The University of Connecticut football program finds itself in the middle of a pivotal positional battle under center. Following the arrival of head coach Jason Candle, the Huskies are evaluating a revamped quarterback room featuring Tennessee transfer Jake Merklinger, dynamic redshirt freshman Kaleb Osborne, and returning signal-caller Tucker McDonald.
