Several high profile prospects in the Class of 2022 are expected to sign their letters of intent on Wednesday. The early signing date means that seniors in high schools can sign their letters and potentially on campus by January depending on their credit situation.

Four star Lawrence Academy offensive tackle Ty Chan will sign his letter with Notre Dame. BB&N linebacker Tyler Martin will sign with Arizona, Dexter offensive tackle Sullivan Weidman with West Virginia, Deerfield Academy wide receiver Elic Ayomanor with Stanford, B.C High tight end Johnny Garrett with Virginia Tech and Williston Northampton offensive tackle Max Cabana will sign with Louisville.
When you look at the top ten in Massachusetts, Jeff Hafley and his staff cleaned up, securing commitments from four of the top ten players. Xaverian offensive tackle Jack Funke, Everett wide receiver/cornerback Ismael Zamor, Springfield Central wide receiver Joe Griffin and Lawrence Academy tight end Matt Ragan are all signing with the Eagles today.
Central Catholic’s Ayden Pereira will sign his letter with Maine today, capping off one of the greatest high school steers in stare history.
Thayer tight end/defensive end Samuel Okunlola remains undecided and may not make a decision today. We could see him sign in February.
Outside of Massachusetts, Rhode Island’s top player, Classical’s Marquis Buchanan is undecided but expected to sign today. The speedy wide receiver was Rhode Island’s Gatorade Player of the Year.
Connecticut defensive end Brian Allen (St. Thomas More) appears to be signing with with Iowa today. Linebacker Edwin Kolenge (Loomis-Chaffee) is signing with Boston College along with offensive tackle Noah Clifford (St. Thomas More). Wide receiver Victor Rosa (Bristol Central), safety Derek Spearman (Loomis-Chaffee) and offensive tackle Brady Wayburn will all sign with UConn. Offensive tackle Alessandro Lorenzetti (Loomis-Chaffee) will sign his letter with Michigan today. West Virginia will add another New England offensive tackle today when St. Thomas More’s Charlie Katarincic signs with the Mountaineers.
New Hampshire’s top player, Jackson Paradis is expected to sign his letter with Buffalo today.
It should be a great day for New England high school football.
