The Pirates will look to make it two straight when they host the Bismarck tonight at the DCU Center. The Pirates are 4-0 all time against the Bucks. Bismarck is coming into the game riding a five game losing streak.

1. Glass must step up again: Mike Glass will get the start in place of Alejandro Bennifield. Bennifield wasn’t on the pre-game injury report so we are not quite sure why he is out. Glass will have another opportunity to step up and prove he is a starting caliber quarterback in the IFL.

2. Don’t let them hang around: Despite Bismarck’s struggles this season, the Bucks have been competitive. The Pirates cannot allow them to hang around and keep this game close. I expect a tight game especially with Bennifield out. The defense must rise to the occasion tonight and help the offense out.

3. D needs to dominate: Bismarck is an average team offensively. If the Pirates are going to win this game, the defense not only needs to play well but they need to be dominate. If the Pirates are going to make another championship run, the defense needs to be the catalyst.
