Patriots could retain Brown, add Embree and McCarthy as position coaches
Jerod Mayo continues to fill out his coaching staff. On Tuesday he hired Taylor Embree as running backs coach. Wednesday, ESPN’s Mike Reiss reported that Troy Brown could remain with the organization if he chooses to. In what capacity is undetermined but the Patriots have yet to hire a wide receivers coach.
