Series Record: Beverly leads the series 62-52-7.

Look at a Rivalry: Beverly and Salem have been playing on Thanksgiving for 121 years. It is one of the oldest rivalries in the state.

The Game as it is known was a back and forth affair through the years. However, Beverly has dominated the series in recent years. The Panthers have won 8 of the last 9 meetings and 14 of the last 17.The last time Salem won was in 2010, a 12-7 win.

Salem won 10 of 14 meetings between 1972 to 1986 so the Witches have had their own winning streak in the last 50 years of this great rivalry.

This rivalry is one of the most significant in the state and it is truly a shame that the game wasn’t played this year.
