Fantasy Football: Week 10 DFS Plays

By Jared Leonard

This week we’re looking to attack the main slate with some balance. I like a lot of midrange options this week and can cash going in a few different directions.

*Late Adds

Quarterbacks

Dak Prescott- Great matchup against Atlanta and we’ll get our first look at Dak without Elliot.

Matt Stafford- Stafford has been throwing the ball a ton lately and that won’t change. Detroit can’t run the ball effectively and that means this offense will be relying on Stafford.

Jared Goff- Houston has been awful at defending against the pass, and that means Goff is in line for another big week.

Ben Roethlisberger- Historically he has not been good on the road but this week’s matchup is very favorable. Big Ben should put up points against the Colt’s defense.

Matt Ryan- Has a great matchup against a bad Dallas defense. Should post good numbers and he will be low owned.

Josh McCown- Has put up pretty good numbers lately and that won’t stop against a terrible Tampa defense.

Eli Manning- Eli should be able to put up numbers against a bad 49ers defense. I would only use him in tournaments.

Running Backs

Le’Veon Bell- Game flow suggests this should be a big week for Bell but at a price tag, he will need almost 30 points to return value.

Leonard Fournette- He’s back and you won’t regret using him in your lineup this week against a mediocre Chargers’ defense.

*Melvin Gordon- He’s too good to leave off the list. Always productive.

*Todd Gurley- He’s the focal point of the Rams’ offense and should get the volume to produce fantasy points.

LeSean McCoy- He will be heavily involved in the pass game and should have 25+ total touches this week.

Mark Ingram/Alvin Kamara- Both these guys have been awesome since Peterson left and that will continue. Play both with confidence.

Jerick McKinnon– He has a good matchup against Washington, who has allowed RBs to catch a lot of passes out of the backfield.

Carlos Hyde- The Giants’ defense is awful and completely given up on the season. Hyde has been heavily involved in the pass game too.

Jordan Howard– I love Howard this week against the Packers and the Chicago offense revolves around Howard.

Devonta Freeman- Freeman is due for a bounce back game. Atlanta will get him more involved this week and he should produce some good numbers against a mediocre Dallas defense.

Lamar Miller- Miller is being relied on more now that Savage is at QB for Houston and faces a bad Rams’ run defense.

Tevin Coleman- Atlanta is going to need production for both backs this week to beat Dallas. He is a nice flex option.

Orleans Darkwa- Should put up good numbers against a beaten up 49ers defense.

Duke Johnson- Game flow is in Dukes favor. Cleveland should be behind in this one and Duke will get his receptions.

Bilal Powell- No Forte and Tampa’s defense is terrible.

Wide Receiver

Antonio Brown- Great matchup against the Colts, should put up good numbers.

Julio Jones- After the drops last week, Ryan will go right back to him to show confidence in him and gets to play against a bad Dallas defense.

AJ Green- Needs to make up for last week’s ejection and AJ will do so by putting up huge numbers.

Golden Tate/Marvin Jones- I love the Detroit passing game this week.

Sterling Shepard- He is the number one WR in the Giants’ offense and will get heavy volume against a bad 49ers defense.

Robby Anderson- I love Robby this week. He will have 100+ yards receiving and at least 1 TD this week against a terrible Tampa D.

Mohamed Sanu- Check out his numbers, he’s been very consistent and should continue to produce this week against Dallas.

Rob Woods- This passing game will be good again this week and Woods will be heavily involved.

DeSean Jackson- No Evans, so D Jax should be the biggest beneficiary.

Cooper Kupp- Look to take advantage of the Rams’ passing game. He’s a nice cheap option to plug in.

Jermaine Kearse- Love picking on that Tampa defense.

Adam Humphries- Should be more involved with no Evans.

Tight End

Evan Engram– Has become a huge part of the offense since Beckham and Marshall injuries.

Kyle Rudolph- Has been more involved in the offense and Washington has struggled against the TE.

Cameron Brate- Again, no Evans for Tampa and Brate should see an uptick in targets.

Hunter Henry- If the Chargers want a shot at beating the Jaguars, Henry will be heavily involved.

Eric Ebron- Has a good matchup but use at your own risk.

David Njoku- I like his upside for this week and game flow should work in his favor.

Garrett Celek- The Giants couldn’t cover me if I was playing TE. He’s super cheap and could continue the streak of a TE scoring every week against the Giants’ defense.

*Charles Clay- He’s active and when he plays, he’s a great option at TE.
