It is playoff time! Time to make good decisions regarding your roster. Here is who you should add and who you should drop for this week.
Add Em!
1. Peyton Barber, RB, Bucs: Barber was impressive last week in Doug Martin’s absence. With the Bucs out of playoff contention, they may give Barber an extended look which means he has flex potential.
2. Aaron Jones, RB, Packers: Jones is back after scoring the game winning touchdown for the Packers in overtime last week. The Packers are going to pound the ball with Jones and Jamaal Williams. Both have value this week.
3. Marquise Goodwin, WR, 49ers: Goodwin has flex appeal thanks to Jimmy Garoppolo being inserted as the starting quarterback. He has the arm strength to get Goodwin the ball on vertical routes. That makes Goodwin a big play option you can use.
4. Stephen Anderson, TE, Texans: I am pretty sure Anderson is the only healthy tight end on the Texans roster. Bill O’Brien likes to throw to his tight ends so the athletic Anderson has some flex potential this week.
5. Cowboys Defense: A match up against the lowly Giants offense makes the Cowboys defense a must stream for this week.
Drop Em!
1. Corey Davis, WR, Titans: It is one to give up on Davis. He is a rookie bust. Maybe next year.
2. Danny Woodhead, RB, Ravens: Too many mouthes to feed in Baltimore and Woodhead isn’t one of them.
3. Corey Coleman, WR, Browns: Shame on you if you wasted a roster spot on Coleman.! He is too inconsistent and injury prone to roster. I hope you learned your lesson.
4. DeVante Parker, WR, Dolphins: Its the playoffs. It is time to play the hot hand and Parker isn’t it.
5. Ty Montgomery, RB, Packers: Monty has been squeezed out of the Packers back field. It is back to receiver for him next season.
