I don’t want to sound like I’m diminishing the Celtics 109-106 win over the Warriors last night but it’s further proof that they are one of the most inconsistent teams in the NBA. Beating Golden State last night is not a surprise to me because the Celtics are the only team in the NBA the last two years that the Warriors haven’t beaten by more than five points during a regular season game. They always give Golden State trouble. While it’s great that they snapped Golden State’s 54 game home winning streak, let’s see if they can keep it going tomorrow night against the hapless Lakers. They’ve got the Lakers, Pelicans and Bucks all in a row this week before a showdown with the Hawks next Friday night in Atlanta. If I were a betting man, I’d bet you they’ll lose at least one of the next three games. I hope I’m wrong but I know I’m not.
