1. The Dolphins signing of Arian Foster prove that they don’t buy Jay Ajayi as an every down back. Ajayi will split carries with Foster but don’t be surprised if Foster gets the bulk of the carries.

2. Veteran cornerback Charles Tillman retiring is not a surprise. If you think about it, he should have called it quit after the Bears cut him.

3. I’m not sure why it took the Cowboys so long to re-sign inside linebacker Justin Durant. Once Rolando McClain was suspended, they should have signed him! Jerry loves to make a splash. 

4. Is it really a big deal that Ryan Fitzpatrick hasn’t responded to Brandon Marshall’s texts? Seriously? Who cares! Why is this even a story? The Jets have cap flexibility after extending Mo Wilkerson. They’ll sign Fitzy prior to training camp starting.

5. Alabama offensive lineman Alphonso Taylor was arrested on Sunday morning for driving under the influence. Nick Saban announced this morning that he is suspending Taylor indefinitely or until the USC opener. You don’t really think Saban would suspend him long term do you?
