After recently finalizing his entire staff, the recruiting grind has been a busy one for new Holy Cross head coach Dan Curran. On Wednesday’s second National Signing Day, the Crusaders added 11 new high school signees.

Marco Coleman | CB | Las Vegas, NV | Bishop Gorman
Chase Couch | DL | Lexington, KY | Lexington Christian Academy
Omarr Dixon | DB | Jacksonville, FL | Episcopal School of Jacksonville
Braden Graham | QB | Murfreesboro, TN (Tennessee Gatorade POTY) | Riverdale HS
Gabriel Erhuanga | OLB/DE | Bowe, MD | Archbishop Carroll
Liam Lynch | DL | Severna Park, MD | Archbishop Spalding
Mason McSweeney | TE | Topsfield, MA | St. John’s Prep
Ty Robinson | QB | Lutz, FL | Steinbrenner HS
Jackson Rood | OL | Potomac, MD | Winston Churchill HS
Destin Simmons | DL | Clinton, MD | Rock Creek Christian Academy
Daniel Zlatanov | DL | Bloomingdale, IL | Glenbard East

These names are in addition to the 10 that the school announced in December during the first NSD. It’s an impressive first class for Curran, particularly when you look at the quarterbacks he brought in. That will obviously be the biggest competition during spring ball and camp this year after the departure of superstar Matt Sluka.

It’s also worth noting only one Massachusetts kid is in this group that signed on Wednesday. During his time at Merrimack, Curran had to really recruit Massachusetts and New England hard to bring the best talent he could to North Andover. Now, with a bigger brand to work with, Holy Cross has become a much easier sell around the country and with good reason.
