The Patriots announced today that they have released six players: Offensive lineman Jake Andrews, defensive lineman Marcus Harris, wide receiver JaQuae Jackson, linebacker Titus Leo, safety Mark Perry and tight end Giovanni Ricci were all released to open roster spots for some of the incoming rookies, most notably the undrafted free agents. Staples promotes Matthew Jacowleff to head coach
