We visited UMass on Saturday for our annual spring visit. The Minutemen were banged up in certain spots missing several receivers and quarterback Taisun Phommachanh who got the day off. UMass rejoining the MAC is what the program needed
On Monday we learned that UMass is rejoining the MAC or the Mid-American Conference. The Minutemen were Football members of the MAC from 2012-2015 and ten years later, they are back. This time however, all sports with the exception of hockey will join the conference. They are staying in Hockey East.
