Q&A with Taunton coach Brad Sidwell
It has been a great two weeks for Taunton. The Tigers earned two big wins back to back, beating North Attleboro, 13-7, two Thursdays ago. The Tigers then took down Milton, 21-14, this weekend. The Tigers now find themselves at 4-3 overall, and face Attleboro next week. Taunton should be a factor in the D1 state playoffs. We spoke to Taunton coach Brad Sidwell about his team, and where it……
Week 5 Chaos Poll
Pretty similar to last week. Deerfield and Williston both lost to good teams in competitive games, so not big drops for either. ISL season is past the midway point, and Lawrence Academy seems like the best team there, for now. Massive game for Lawrence at Tabor next week. On to the rankings . . . Week 5 Chaos Poll 1. St. John’s Prep (7-0) 2. Springfield Central (6-1) 3. Catholic……

It was a huge weekend across the state, with the No. 1 vs. No. 2 matchup on Saturday. That No. 2 — St. John’s Prep — beat Catholic Memorial and is now your new No. 1. Seniors Braden Hughes and Alex Cianciaruso, juniors Jack DiFilippo and……

CANTON- Winning 300 games as a coach in any sport is quite an accomplishment. Winning 300 games in football is rare air. Jack Martinelli is in exclusive company becoming just the seventh coach in state history to accomplish the feat after the Warriors beat Canton 35-0 on Friday night. The Warriors got off to a slow start early offensively but managed to score right before the end of the first……
King Philip 23, Milford 14 — Warriors top Scarlet Hawks, remain unbeaten
WRENTHAM — It is October. The temperatures are getting a little lower, the leaves are turning, and King Philip is rounding into form, just in time for the postseason. In a game that very much felt like a playoff one, King Philip earned a 23-14 win over Milford in a matchup between the two best teams in the Hockomock League’s Kelly-Rex Divison. The host Warriors scored on offense, defense, and……
