What a difference three weeks can make. Three weeks ago the Montreal Canadiens embarrassed the Bruins at the WinterClassic. Last night the B’s returned the favor beating the Canadiens 4-1 in Montreal.

The Bruins scored first last night and never looked back in a dominant performance. It was nice payback after getting their asses handed to them by Montreal at the Classic. 

Unlike the Winter Classic, the Bruins were healthy last night. Both Brad Marchand and David Pasternak were in the line up and both scored. Also unlike the Winter Classic, Tuukka Rask was terrific in net stopping 38 of 39 shots. Rask was tremendous. Beating  the Canadiens is always sweet for Bruins fans. Last night’s win was a little sweeter. The Bruins got revenge for the Winter Classic and they got their dignity back.
