Pats signing Bourne to three-year deal makes important statement to the locker room

The Patriots remained busy just hours before the legal tampering period for free agency begins. On Sunday night, Andrew Callahan of the Boston Herald reported that the team is re-signing Kendrick Bourne to a three-year, 19.5 million contract.
