Pats cancel final minicamp practice, who had the best & worst spring?
It’s become common over the past few years for bill Belichick to cancel the final mandatory minicamp practice if he believes the team is in a good place. On Wednesday morning, he did so again as the team was headed off for some team bonding instead of heading back out onto the practice fields behind Gillette Stadium. With OTA’s and now minicamp in the books, we won’t get a look…

Patriots Journal – Minicamp (1st edition)
Real football! Ok, not really, but kind of. On Monday, the Patriots began mandatory minicamp which in theory should have given us our first true look at the team, but there were still quite a few absences. Mac Jones had a good day but it got ugly down the stretch. That and more in our latest edition of the Patriots Journal with everything we saw for two hours… -James White…
Renegades complete another unbeaten regular season
Image courtesy of Faith Worrell, Boston Renegades Another year, another unblemished record. What else is new? The Renegades made it another perfect regular season at 6-0 by beating Pittsburgh on the road 32-12 on Saturday. Quarterback Allison Cahill threw for 205 yards and two touchdowns. The 205 helped bring her over the 25,000 yard mark for career passing yards as she continues to build a ridiculous resumé. Meanwhile, Ruth Matta…

With one more voluntary OTA in the books on Friday, the team now turns its attention towards mandatory mini camp next Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Patriots Journal – OTA’s (2nd Edition)
The media was back at Gillette on Tuesday afternoon for a second open OTA. There will be one more on Friday before mandatory mini-camp Monday-Wednesday. There was some interesting stuff that went down. Here’s everything I saw from our viewing area: -Before practice, Bill Belichick said the day would be a bit slower paced after a few practices we haven’t seen where they’ve ramped things up, including in the classroom.Belichick…
Renegades’ domination continues with Devin McCourty in the house
Images courtesy of Mitzi Vélez Lorenzana At this point, it’s hard to believe that anything outside of championship games can motivate the Boston Renegades. The regular season has simply become too easy for the four-time defending WFA Pro champs, with the latest example coming in the form of a 69-0 beatdown of the Tamba Bay Inferno in Revere on Saturday night. Boston (5-0) is somehow still finding ways week-after week…
