Patriots sign LB Carson Wells and release LS Tucker Addington and DE DaMarcus Mitchell

The Patriots signed linebacker Carson Wells today and released long snapper Tucker Addington and defensive end DaMarcus Mitchell.  Releasing Mitchell was a surprise.
