(courtesy of CBS local) Its been a tough year at the heights athletically. Both the football and basketball teams have really struggled. The football team didn’t win a single game in the ACC this season and if the basketball team doesn’t beat Clemson on Saturday afternoon, they too will go unless winless in the conference. That hasn’t happened since 1943-44 when Georgia went winless in the SEC in both football…
Tapping into my inner Tim McCarver: You’re a real man Marshawn. What an idiot! I can’t stand this buffoon! Why would you dunk on some Egyptian kid and then walk away? He’s such a freakin swoosh! I can’t stand his face, his demeanor or the things he does. Way to represent our country you douche bag! Lynch is useless!
Kristaps Porzingis has been a great story thus far. He has exceeded all expectations in New York after he got the Donovan McNabb treatment when the Knicks took him with the fourth pick in last year’s draft. Porzingis has been the BMOC in the Big Apple, until this week anyway. That’s when a 14 year old kid beat him off the dribble and hit a fade away runner on him….
No one was surprised when the Patriots released Brandon LaFell and Scott Chandler on Wednesday. The Patriots released wide receiver Brandon LaFell and tight end Scott Chandler on Wednesday in moves that were widely expected around these parts. The two moves will save the team roughly $4.85 million dollars in cap space. Releasing LaFell and Chandler makes sense. Neither was a factor down the stretch last season and it was…
Appeal, smeal! Goodell is a loser! 1. I don’t give a shit about the NFL Deflategate appeal. The whole thing is a joke. If Judge Berman’s decision gets overturned, then we have no legal system in this country! 2. Cutting Brandon LaFell and Scott Chandler makes sense but it only saves the Patriots $4.85 million dollars combined. They need to do more than that. 2. Make it 12 straight home…
Looking his best on photo day. #BigSexy pic.twitter.com/A65WYRNxce — New York Mets (@Mets) March 1, 2016 I wonder if Colon even knows he’s being mocked? Does he even know he has become the lovable fat guy in Major League Baseball? He’s probably clueless. What does he care? Colon has made a lot of money and he’s pitching into his early 40’s. The guy is a legend and he doesn’t even…
I’m a big fan of Charles Barkley because generally speaking, he’s right when he talks about the NBA and sports in general. I agree with Barkley. The NBA has been awful thus far this season. Outside of the Warriors and Spurs, no other team is playing a quality brand of basketball. The product sucks! Hey, at least the Celtics are doing well.
Yeah, I know. I’m supposed to tell you that this is awesome and that this chick is sexy blah, blah, blah!! Look, I don’t give a shit about any of that. How is this legal? How can someone walk into an arena half naked and do this? She should have never gotten through the ticket line! This is ridiculous! This whole distracting free throw shooters deal is getting annoying!
Ughh. This pains me but I agree with Skip Bayless. Don’t get me wrong, I detest Bayless but he’s right. The Cavs go as Lebron goes. If he’s not playing well and being a pain in the ass to his teammates, then the Cavs will struggle. lets be honest, James is a douche. Some people give him a break because he’s a great player and because he’s philanthropic. While I…
The 2016 combine is in the books. It was an eventful weekend in Indy. Some players shined, some flopped. Here are my five winners and losers from the 2016 Scouting Combine. (courtesy of Sports Illustrated) Carson Wentz Winners Carson Wentz, Quarterback, NDSU: Wentz was impressive in the interview process and on the field. He can make every throw in the playbook and he looks athletic on the move. By all…
