Around 5:00 on Wednesday night, the Patriots and Mike Vrabel sent out a press release with the entire coaching staff for 2025.

Vrabel didn’t rush the process, but has gotten his group together in a fairly quick amount of time and seems to have a good balance of young and old. Most importantly, there is quite a bit of experience now on this staff, something Mayo’s crew (whether it was really his crew or not) simply did not have.

Here’s the full list with real titles (another sign of the times in New England) provided by the Patriots:

While there are a few holdovers like Jeremy Springer, Ben McAdoo, Deron Mayo (surprisingly) and local guy Vinny DePalma, the majority of this staff has been turned over and it feels like there’s some real leadership around the building now as well.

Vrabel also had a few thoughts on what he’s assembled so far.

“The goal in filling out the 2025 Patriots coaching staff was to identify loyal, trustworthy coaches who are diverse in background, ideas, experiences and systems,” Vrabel said in a statement. “We will be aligned in our vision to teach and develop our players with creativity, consistency and an attention to detail with the major goal of developing relationships that stretch beyond the field and meeting rooms.

“We are going to build a program that players, coaches and staff want to be a part of, protect and be proud of. There are so many great people in this building who help our players and the coaching staff on a daily basis. I am excited to work side by side with them to build this program. I want to thank Nancy Meier, Bobby Brown, Bri Avedisian, the video team, equipment team, the HR team and so many other.”

The Patriots must now shift all their focus to one of the most important drafts and free agency periods in the history of the franchise. Pro Days and the NFL Combine are on the horizon, while OTA’s and rookie minicamp will be here before you know it.
