DURHAM, N.H- When Sean Goldrich stepped back onto the University of New Hampshire campus as head coach, he didn’t need a tour of the facility or a tutorial on the program’s expectations. A four-year starting quarterback in Durham from 2011 to 2015, Goldrich accumulated over 7,500 passing yards, four NCAA postseason appearances, two CAA titles, and two trips to the FCS national semifinals.

Following the conclusion of a historic 2025 campaign, the Wildcats enter the 2026 spring practice schedule with a fresh identity and a revamped roster. The focus in Durham this April is not just on maintaining the standard, but on redefining it under a familiar face in a new role.
