After beating North Carolina in last season’s game, UConn is back at baseball’s most beloved ballpark but this time they take on Army. Interim coach and offensive coordinator Gordon Sammis will lead the Huskies today after coach Jim Mora Jr. departed for Colorado State earlier this month.

BOSTON- The UConn Huskies are back in the Fenway Bowl and they are ready to make a statement and earn their first double digit win season since 1998. The only 10 win season in program history.

It won’t be easy as the Huskies who are down several players including quarterback Joe Fagnano and two starting offensive lineman in Carsten Cassidy and Ben Murawski. Fagnano threw for over 3,400 yards and had 31 touchdowns on the season. He also only turned the football over once.
