Former Brown quarterback E.J Perry reversed course yesterday. After originally agreeing to terms with the Philadelphia Eagles, Perry opted to sign with the Jacksonville Jaguars. The opportunity to make the Jaguars was more appealing to Perry than the current quarterback situation in Philadelphia.
