5 observations from our visit with the Brown Bears

Unfortunately for James Perry’s squad, they only won one game the rest of the way in a disappointing season. Replacing Jake Willcox at quarterback is priority number one. The Brown Bears held their ninth spring practice of the spring on Tuesday evening at the Erickson Athletic Complex.  It was a beautiful evening for football. Coming into today, the Bears offense averaged 29.1 points per game and 416 yards of total offense per game. Quarterback Jake Willcox averaged 317 yards per game passing. Brown 28, Princeton 27 – Bears storm back to win OT thriller

PROVIDENCE – Senior wide receiver Graham Walker went from possibly costing Brown a chance to tie today’s game against Princeton to winning it for them in overtime. Walker caught a pass along the Brown sideline and fumbled. Princeton recovered and all seemed lost.
