The Patriots wore the “Reds” twice last season as well against the Detroit Lions and the Buffalo Bills. The uniform and Pat the Patriot logo are still wildly popular with fans in the region.
Several NFL teams recently announced their throwback uniforms and when they will be wearing them. Among the more popular returns were the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and most recently, the Seattle Seahawks.

The Patriots and Bucs throwbacks in particular are popular because of the Pat The Patriot and Bucco Bruce logos but also the color schemes. Football fans are already looking forward to when the two teams meet in 2025. ow that the NFL has gotten rid of their ridiculous one helmet rule, the league could push both franchises to make that one of the throwback games.
It is great to see the old school uniforms back in the rotation on a yearly basis. It was long overdue.
