It’s Week 9 and I need to be better than I was last week. Quite frankly, I wasn’t good. I sucked.
Here are my picks for week 9.
1:00 ET At Philadelphia -7 Denver 41: The Eagles are the best team in the NFC and today, they will prove they are one of the best team in the NFL. They will cover with ease.
1:00ET LA Rams -5.5 At NY Giants 42: I like the Rams in this game. I cannot see the Giants keeping up offensively. Put your money on the Rams. They are a safe bet as a road dog this week.
1:00 ET At New Orleans -7 Tampa Bay 54: The Bucs have played the Saints tough in the Big Easy in recent years but I don’t see that being the case this time around. The Bucs are a mess. Saints cover with ease as a home favorite.
1:00 ET At Jacksonville -5 Cincinnati 38.5: Give me the Cheetah’s cousins as a home favorite all day. I am a firm believer in the Jaguars defense They will give the Bengals offense fits.
1:00 ET Atlanta At Carolina +2, 42: I like the Panthers as a home dog. Atlanta has been a mess defensively the past month. I don’t see them turning it around against Cam Newton and the Panthers running game.
1:00 ET At Houston Indianapolis+6, 45: Give me the Colts as a road dog. The Texans are not the same team with Deshaun Watson. Colts go into Houston and win as a road dog.
1:00 ET At Tennessee -3 Baltimore 41.5: This should be a tight game. To that end, I am putting my money on the Titans as a home favorite. It makes since when you have two teams that are so limited offensively.
4:05 ET Arizona -2.5 At San Francisco 39: I like the Cardinals as a road favorite. The Niners are a mess right now and things are not going to get better anyways.
4:05 ET At Seattle -8 Washington 45: The Seahawks have a left tackle now in Duane Brown. That means an already dangerous offense is even more dangerous. I like them to cover with ease at home today.
4:25 ET At Dallas -2.5 Kansas City 53: Zeke is playing which means putting your money on the Cowboys is the smart play. This should be a great game. I like Dallas by a field goal.
8:30 ET Oakland -3 At Miami 44.5: Uggh! Terrible Sunday night game. Anyway, I am putting my money on the Raiders in what should be a snoozefest.
Monday Night Football Line
8:30 ET Detroit -2 At Green Bay 43.5: The Packers are hopeless without Aaron Rodgers. I like the Lions as a road favorite. By the way. When was the last time the Lions were favored at Lambeau? It had to be 1991 right? Who knows? Take Detroit in this one.
