At the heart of the building sits a massive 15,000-square-foot weight room designed for cutting-edge strength and conditioning, complemented by an 11,000-square-foot dedicated dining hall and kitchen tailored to precision nutrition. Recovery is elevated to elite standards with a 3,700-square-foot hydrotherapy space, offering advanced cold-and-hot plunge systems to keep athletes fresh throughout a grueling season.
Preparation on the field is matched by advanced technology off it. The center features a 10,500-square-foot virtual reality room, allowing quarterbacks and defenders to take non-contact mental reps and simulate complex game scenarios at high speed. Coupled with a 160-seat team meeting room and dedicated film study suites, the layout minimizes wasted time, creating a seamless bridge between installation, mental execution, and physical execution.
