Bill Belichick gave us some insight yesterday as to who would make his team of favorite players he has coached in his career.
Lawrence Taylor heads the list of Belichick’s favorite players of course. Belichick also mentioned Tom Brady, Rob Gronkowski, Rodney Harrison and Matthew Slater as some of his other favorite players that he has coached.
The rest of the list remains a mystery. Belichick told us he will tell us someday. I am not waiting. I am going to use my over 40 years of watching, coaching and covering football experience to compile a roster of the players I think are Belichick’s favorites from his coaching career.
