The Connecticut High School Football Alliance released its 2025 football schedule on Tuesday. Week one features some terrific match ups as do the ensuing weeks. Here are our top games and the full schedule. 

10 Alliance games to watch:

Week One 

Fairfield Prep at Greenwich: Tough opener for the defending Class LL champs. Both teams graduate talented senior classes but return key contributors from last season.  

New Canaan at Newtown: Good week one test for Andrew Esposito and the defending Class L champs. 

Bishop Hendricken (R.I) at Killingly: Hendricken playing in these alliance games is great for New England High School football. Killingly returns the Allard brothers and should be a stiff test. 

Ansonia at Bloomfield: Rematch of the Class S state title game and a storied rivalry? Yes please! Welcome to the Alliance Ansonia. 

Week Three

Daniel Hand at Brookfield: Really good match up between two programs that should once again be in the mix in their respective classes. 

West Haven at Staples: Rematch of the Class LL semi-final should be a battle between two programs replacing key contributors. Both programs have championship aspirations as usual. 

Darien at Masuk: Ben Rolapp and the Blue Wave visiting the defending Class MM champs in what could end up one of the best games of the season. 

Bunnell at New Canaan: Bulldogs will find out just how good they are against the defending Class L champs. 

Week 6

Bunnell at Killingly: Stiff test for two schools primed to make the playoffs and make deep runs. 

Maloney at Fairfield Prep: Spartans lose a lot but have enough talent back to compete. Same goes for the Prep.
