Coach’s Quote: “I would say 90% of our guys are multi-sport athletes so trying to get the whole group together in the non football months  is challenging. They generally work out with their in season teams. In the spring, we start up morning lifts 3x a week at 630am. They serve as a great ramp up to our summer lifting where we really get after it. In terms of this offseason…it’s been standard operating procedure for us. I like what I’ve seen from the guys in terms of work ethic and output.”
