Boston College adds Ohio State safety Cameron Martinez in the transfer portal

Boston College continued their transfer portal shopping spree by getting a commitment from safety Cameron Martinez. Martinez is the second former Buckeye to commit joining cornerback Ryan Turner.  At 5-10 198, Martinez has played both safety and cornerback. He played in 25 games with the Buckeyes and finished with 38 career tackles along with one interception and four pass break-ups.  Martinez played in 11 games in 2022 and racked up……

Last season Boston College added Ryan O’Keefe from Central Florida in the portal to replace Zay Flowers big plays. Boston College has picked up a commitment from former Ohio State cornerback Ryan Turner. Turner had Boston College on his short list of schools in 2022 before committing to the Buckeyes. The three star recruit out of Chaminade-Madonna in Florida held offers from B.C, Ohio State, Clemson, Arkansas, Georgia, Florida and LSU among others.  Turner played in two games this season.
