You get up pretty much at the same time, you eat at the same time, you work at the same time in a job that requires a focus and a skill so great that only 1,696 people can do your job. If you compare…
Image courtesy of AP Photos Despite a valiant effort in difficult circumstances, the Patriots saw their season ended in Buffalo on Sunday for the second straight year. In a cauldron of raw emotion, New England fought through it, but fell 35-23 to the Bills in the season finale. With Pittsburgh beating Cleveland and Miami beating New York, it ended any hopes of the Patriots still getting into the tournament despite…
FOXBOROUGH – Jerod Mayo has played in and coached in some extremely difficult environments during his time with the Patriots organization. But even he can’t really prepare the defensive unit for what they might have to deal with on Sunday. With the news that Damar Hamlin was incredibly Face-Timing with teammates on Friday morning, the level of emotion the Pats will face when walking into Buffalo will be unlike anything…
FOXBOROUGH – For the first time since the world watched the chilling scene in Cincinnati unfold on Monday night, Patriots head coach Bill Belichick met with the media on Thursday afternoon. FOXBOROUGH – As local cameramen and camerawomen began setting up for the weekly Bill Belichick press conference on Wednesday morning, other media members started to trickle in. Suddenly, about a half hour before Belichick was about to speak, everyone was notified that the NFL had allowed both the Patriots and the Bills to postpone media availability for another day given…

It truly didn’t get much better than the scene at Gillette Stadium to open 2023 on New Year’s Day Sunday afternoon. Thanks to a huge play from Kyle Dugger and just enough offensive output, the Pats opened the New Year by keeping playoff hopes alive with a 23-21 win over Miami. Now…

Image courtesy of NFL.com The fact that the Patriots are in control of their own destiny with two weeks left in the season after all the ugliness this year is legitimately mind boggling. Sitting at 7-8, if New England can beat Miami in the home finale this weekend and then go on the road and beat a Buffalo team that may be able to sit players the final week, the…
Throughout his short time here in New England, Jakobi Meyers has been a perfect Patriot. Whether on the field or off of it, Meyers has always been reliable whether it’s Mac Jones counting on him for a big third down catch, or the media looking for some good quotes during a game week. Whenever you need him, Meyers is there. The soon-to-be free agent had that dependability from the media…
