Patriots continue to load up on defense, add Sacramento State LB/S Marte Mapu 76th overall
Image courtesy of The Sacramento Bee Well, you don’t need to add on offense if you just hold everyone to like, 10 points or less. After going defense with first and second round picks, Bill Belichick and Matt Groh continued to surprise everyone and went defense again in the third round, taking linebacker Marie Mapu from Sacramento State 76th overall. Coming in at 6’3″, 221lbs. Daniel Jeremiah called him his……
Patriots take Georgia Tech defensive end Keion White 46th overall
For the second straight night, the Patriots may have gotten an elite, game-changing player in the 2023 NFL Draft. While many wanted (and assumed) the focus would be on offense, Bill Belichick has continued stacking the defense with guys who can probably come in and make an immediate impact. After taking cornerback Christian Gonzalez Thursday night, New England took Keion White, a defensive end fro Georgia Tech with their second……
SES hosts 9th annual golf tournament & draft watch party
MIDDLETON – Since 2005, agent Sean Stellato has been looking for clients he feels could be family. Along with former Patriots like Patrick Pass, Jermaine Wiggins and Max Lane, about…

Sitting at No. 14, the Patriots moved back to No. 17 after a trade with the Steelers. Pittsburgh took Georgia’s Broderick Jones, most likely blocking the Jets from taking him. Once the 17th pick arrived,……

Hurzeler is making a name for herself and is the newest member of the Warriors’ staff with an official title of Graduate Fellow Strength & Conditioning Coach. Hurzeller has also served in the…
Mayo mum on any role change, but things are clearly different
FOXBOROUGH – As Jerod Mayo was swarmed by a room full of reporters on Tuesday morning, Jerod Mayo stepped up onto a podium with a towel around his neck, seemingly after a workout. Maybe he was just preparing to sweat out the plethora of questions ahead of him. Either way, Mayo addressed quite a bit during the first bit of media availability at Gillette Stadium. While he was coy with…
