Image courtesy of Raiders.com 1.The Raiders coming from behind to beat the Texans last night is proof that the Silver and Black is legit. There is a lot of talent on the roster and Jack Del Rio is a better coach than he gets credit for. 2. Speaking of the Texans, Bill O’Brien has to be sick to his stomach. His team just can’t win on the road. They are…
Duxbury proved that they are the best team in the state with a convincing win over Beverly on Saturday. 1. Duxbury was once again impressive in their 41-14 win over Beverly. Bobby Maimaron reinforced the notion that he is the best player in the state with another big performance. 2. I told you East Bridgewater, NIPMUC was going to be one of the best games in the state. The Warriors…
Game Rewind: After a sluggish first, Tom Brady and the Patriots turned it on in the second half and beat the 49ers 30-17. Here are my five thoughts on the game. 1. Slow Starters: The Patriots played about as bad as they could play in the first half but bounced back in the second half and blew the game open. New England has gotten off to fast starts this season, especially…
Week 11 featured another vintage Tom Brady performance and the Packers defense laying another egg. Here is my Dime Package for Week 11. 1.Sunday was a tough day to be a Bengals fan. Not only did the Stripes lose to the Bills, they also lost A.J Green and Gio Bernard as well. Green is out next week with a strained hamstring but Bernard is done for the season after tearing…
Week 12 has some intriguing match ups that will shape the rest of the season and start bringing some clarity to the playoff picture in both conferences. Here our picks 11/20 1:00 ET At Indianapolis -2.5 Tennessee 52.5 -$145 +$125: I’m taking the Titans here. Tennessee is legit folks and people need to start seeing them as a playoff contender because they are. I know Indy won the first match…
Colorado coach Mike McIntyre has the Buffs going in the right direction but they have a big game this weekend against Washington State at home. Oklahoma State Cowboys at TCU Horned Frogs: The Cowboys still have a shot at a New Years Day bowl bid but they will need to win this game. It won’t be easy against Gary Patterson’s Horned Frogs. Frogs quarterback Kenny Hill and company can score…
The latest College Football playoff rankings were released last night. Here some thoughts on all four teams. 1.Alabama: Alabama is by far the best team in the country. As long as they don’t stumble between now and the end of the season, there is no reason to believe that they won’t finish number one and the favorite to reclaim the national championship trophy. I truly believe they’ll go back to back….
Rob Gronkowski’s latest injury is yet another why the Patriots traded for Martellus Bennett last off-season. As great a player as Gronkowski is, he cannot stay healthy for an entire season. He is expected to miss 1-2 two weeks with a punctured lung he suffered on Sunday night when he collided with Seahawks safety Earl Thomas. Gronkowski usually misses one to three games on average per season in his career….

Iowa subdued Michigan on Saturday night and turned the college football world upside down. 1. The College Football was turned upside down on Saturday when Michigan, Clemson and Washington all lost. It’ll be interesting to see which way the committee goes tonight. 2. The beneficiary of Saturday’s chaos is Penn State. The Nittany Lions control their own destiny. If they win out, they go to the Big Ten Championship game….
