UConn 38, Rice 31 — Huskies grab first win

Finally. For the first time this season, UConn has a number in the win column that is not zero. The Huskies went on the road Saturday and earned a 38-31 victory over Rice in a game where they fell behind early. But UConn fought back, took the lead, and held on to it. Boston College 27, Army 24 — Eagles grind out second win in a row

For much of the Jeff Hafley Era at Boston College, the Eagles have had a running game that is, well, underwhelming. But Saturday against Army, BC found that elusive ground attack. Behind a dominant rushing effort, BC earned a 27-24 win over Army, to even its record at 3-3. The loss drops Army to 2-3.
