  1. Greenwich, Next Game: 10/14 vs. Darien

Cardinals stayed unbeaten on Monday night in a makeup game with a win over Danbury.

2. Cheshire, Next Game: 10/6 vs. Amity Regional

The Rams took care of business again in a shutout victory over Fairfield Prep. Senior ATH & Notre Dame lacrosse commit Matt Jeffery had 2 touchdowns- one rushing and one receiving. The defense stifled the Jesuits, forcing 3 turnovers.

3. West Haven, Next Game: 10/6 at No. 22 Hamden

The Blue Devils continue to handle tough opponents. Senior ATH Armani Reid did it all- 109 receiving yards, two scores, and a pick on defense. Junior quarterback Nick Conlan passed for 172 yards and rushed for 52.

4. Naugatuck, Next Game: 10/7 at GNHHS

The Greyhounds dominated Watertown in a 35-7 victory. The ground game was once again the story of this game. Three Greyhounds scored rushing touchdowns: Seniors Jaylin Martinez,  Brandon Moore, and quarterback Jett Hall.

5. Maloney, Next Game: 10/6 at Glastonbury

The Spartans bounced back in a big way, beating Simsbury 35-0. They reloaded heavily on the run due to the pouring rain. Seniors Zakkai Moore & Donte Kelly and junior Donald Highsmith scored  TD’s on the ground.

6. Ansonia, Next Game: 10/6 at Wolcott

The Chargers had another strong team performance. Junior receiver Romeo Charles hauled in two touchdown catches. The team combined for three rushing scores.

7. Darien, Next Game: 10/14 at No. 1 Greenwich 

The Blue Wave defeated Norwalk by a score of 49-7.

8. New Canaan, Next Game: 10/7 at St. Joseph 

The Rams shutout Ludlowe 43-0. Senior ATH Alex Benevento was unstoppable every time he touched the ball. He had 124 rushing yards and three touchdowns on just four carries.

9. Staples, Next Game: 10/14 at No. 10 Wilton

Everything went right for the Wreckers in their 49-0 win over Westhill. Senior quarterback Caleb Smith continues to impress. He threw for 221 yards and 5 touchdowns. Senior receiver Sam Petrosino had three catches, all of them were touchdowns.

10. Wilton, Next Game: 10/14 vs. No 9 Staples

The Warriors defense stifled Warde in a 32-0 victory.

13. Southington, Next Game: 10/6 at Conard

14. Masuk, Next Game: 10/13 at Joel Barlow
