11/27 1:00 ET San Diego -2.5 At Houston 46.5 -$145 +$125: The Chargers are favored in this game which is kind of weird considering Houston has been good at home.
San Diego plays well on the road (See Atlanta) but something tells me the Texans will play well in this game. They should have beat the Raiders last week.
I’m putting my money on the Raiders as a dog in this one.
11/27 1:00 ET Tennessee -5.5 At Chicago 42 -$250 +$210: The Titans have let me down all season every time I pick them. Part of me thinks they’ll do it again today but the Bears are so bad that it’s hard to pick against the Titans.
I think they’ll win this game but I also think it’ll be by a field goal. That’s why I’m putting my money on the home dog Bears in this one. Chicago plays tough at home and Tennessee’s defense is anything but Super Bowl caliber.
11/27 1:00 ET At Buffalo -7.5 Jacksonville 45 -$340 +$280: I know the Jags are bad but they are a bad team that’s talented. That’s why I’m putting my money on them today against the Bills.
I think Buffalo will win this game but it’ll be tight. The Jags can score so they’ll keep it close all four quarters.
-7.5 is way too big a number for a team like the Bills. Put your money on the Jags as a road dog.
11/27 1:00 ET At Baltimore -4 Cincinnati 40.5 -$210 +$180: The Bengals will struggle to score points with both Gio Bernard and A.J Green out.
As inconsistent as the Ravens have been at times this season, they’ve played good defense. I think the defense will lead the way today in B-More.
The smart money is on the Ravens in this one. Put it on them and pick them as a home favorite.
11/27 1:00 ET At Atlanta -6 Arizona 50.5 -$260 +$220: The Falcons have been good at home through the years, especially as a home favorite.
I want to put my money on them in this game but the Cardinals are too good a team to simply put the money on the home favorite.
I like the Falcons to win this game but I’m putting my money on the Cardinals as a road dog. They’ll play Atlanta tough.
11/27 1:00 ET At Miami -7 San Francisco 45 -$340 +$280: The Dolphins have won six in a row. While it hasn’t been pretty, Adam Gase’s team has found ways to get it done.
The 49ers are atrocious. Miami will easily cover as a home favorite against a 49ers team that can’t score and can’t stop anyone.
Put your money on the Fish in this one.
11/27 1:00 ET At New Orleans -7 Los Angeles 45.5 -$335 +$275: I’m tempted to take the Rams in this one as a road dog but I don’t see them scoring enough points to keep up with Drew Bree’s and the Saints offense.
I’m betting on Brees and the Saints to go off at home today against a Rams defense that gives up a lot of big plays.
11/27 1:00 ET NY Giants -7 At Cleveland 44 -$320 +$260: The Browns will play the G-Men tough for a half but then the Giants talent will take over and they’ll win this game.
No need to do research for this one. The Giants are the easy play. Take them as a road favorite.
11/27 4:05 ET Seattle -6 At Tampa Bay 45 -$260 +$220: Yeah, I know the Bucs won in Kansas City last week, but they are the Bucs. They can’t play two good games in a row.
Seattle has found their swagger again. They are running the football and playing good defense.
That’s why I’m putting my money on them today. If you can win in New England, you can win in Tampa.
11/27 4:25 ET At Oakland -3 Carolina 49.5 -$175 +$155: The Raiders have struggled at home but I think they are a safe pick today against a depleted Carolina team.
Being only a 3 point home favorite is an easy number to take if you want to bet the home team. That’s why I’m putting my money on Derek Carr and the Raiders in this one.
Oakland has too much offense and the Carolina defense can’t defend the pass. Take the Silver and Black.
11/27 4:25 ET New England -7.5 At NY Jets 46 -$360 +$300: The Jets are about as bad as we though they could be at the beginning of this season if they didn’t get off to a good start.
The offense is terrible and the defense is generous. That’s not good against a Patriots team which is getting healthy on offense.
Take New England as a road favorite. They should avenge last season’s loss in the Big Apple.
11/27 8:30 ET At Denver -3.5 Kansas City 39.5 -$170 +$150: This game was flexed into Sunday night in lieu of Patriots, Jets.
This will be the first meeting of the season between the Broncos and Chiefs. K.C is still reeling after last week’s awful home loss to the Bucs. They’ll need to bounce back tonight if they want to have any chance of winning the division.
I think this will be a back and forth affair between two offenses that struggle. That’s why I’m putting my money on the Broncos in this one. They are at home and they play better defense.
11/28 8:30 ET At Philadelphia -4 Green Bay 47.5 -$195 +$165: The Packers season hangs in the balance in this one. It’s win or the season is pretty much over.
Sorry Cheeseheads, but given the way your team has played in recent weeks, I don’t like their chances.
Philadelphia is 4-0 at home this season and they’ve been a good home play. -4 is a short number. Put your money on the Eagles in this one. I have no faith in Aaron Rodgers and the Packers right now.
